First we need to make the database. Before we make the database, we need to produce some colorant boards with different percent.
Here are some samples for these color boards.
Second we can measure any color as a standard and use it to make a new color with this color database.
We will find the database and produce some color formulas here.
Then we can choose one, and use this color formula to make a new color.
Finally we will compare the new color if it is the same with the standard. Some color difference are very small. If delta E is big, we will need to correct the color formula and make a new color again till color difference delta E is very small. Then you will get the color you want.
